got a sheppard here not long ago, which came with all the legal papers for a pure breed. she was healthy, had all her shots, de-wormed, and pretty much everything you'd want for a health pet. no pop-ups on parvo, thank goodness either! price was fair, but it was worth it, all things consered with a new life at your responsibility. Lorraine B's review seems similar to my experience. I wish I read it before buying from Mr. Inclan. Met him at the park to see the puppy. Fell in love with the puppy and at the same time felt bad for her because she smelled bad and had mud stuck to her hair. When I took her to the vet, it turned out she had worms in spite of Mr. Inclan's representations to the contrary. I bought a German Shepard from Carlos Inclan and she is adorable and healthy. I've had her home for a few weeks now and couldn't be happier. I purchased a male German Shepherd Puppy from Carlos a couple weeks ago and I am more then happy with my puppy. He was very knowledgeable and answered all my questions. I had looked at several different puppies from other breeders but I liked Carlos's puppies the best and felt comfortable with him so I decided to get one from him. I had previously brought a Golden Retriever from Mr. Inclan last year. I contacted him to purchase another Retriever to keep my Taren company. Mr. Inclan was more then commentating when I called him. He is very knowledgeable about the breed. We met at a public place and was more than happy with my new addition to our family. I have recommended Mr. Inclan to my family and friends. -Edit- I bought a puppy from Carlos last October. He met us in the park to show us the two males of the litter. We instantly fell in love with one and took him home. The next day he began vomiting and lost much of his energy. The following morning we took him to our vet where he tested positive for the parvovirus. I called Carlos and told him about the diagnosis. I hope nobody else buys a puppy from Carlos. Again, he sold us a poor puppy that had Parvo. This dog, in turn infected many dogs in the neighbor hood. Of course, Carlos said the dog was vaccinated. Read More »

Purchased our Labrador back in July of 2008. She became ill last year in August. After visiting 3 different Vets, and approximately $2,000 to try to save her life, we were told she had Enteropathy-Protein Losing Illness, which she could of gotten from genetics.
