I have been searching for Pinnacle ever since I sent them $8,000 to purchase gold and silver to add to my retirement and they are MIA. The phone number listed on their website is "not in working order" and the people I dealt with to purchase my diamond from are apparently a figment of my imagination. I first spoke to Pinnacle a few months back as I was concerned about what was happening with my IRA in the stock market.
