I've never felt so secure in my computer use since Be Structured. They don't just help you, but they are personable and make every effort to make your job easier. They are ridiculously knowledgeable. There has not been a question or concern that they have ever been unable to address. My husband and I have used Structured IS services for a few years now. They are quick to respond, knowledgable, and friendly. I've never had an IT problem that they couldn't fix. Most definitely trust their confidentiality and would recommend to others. Read More »

I have found Be Structured to be extremely knowledgeable and helpful for small business owners. Other IT experts I have worked with tend to be focused on small details with little concern for the big picture of a business. With Be Structured, I find that they take the overall business goals of the client into account and work to support them through their services. I first encountered Be Structured in 2008 and hired them to make recommendations and upgrades in my 2500 sq/ft data center environment. We needed a new strategy to handle our ever increasing bandwidth needs along with better monitoring via SNMP. Be Structured is awesome and i would highly recommend them! Chad, the owner, is incredibly smart, strategic and knowledgeable on everything. I rely on Be Structured to come up with a solution to my IT issues. They ask the right clarifying questions and offer ways to help. They go above and beyond. They also give sound rationale for why they propose certain solutions in a language that I understand, i.e. non-techy. I joined Sterling Transportation in 2010. When I came on board I was shocked at how organized and easy to use their IT systems were. Come to find out it was all thanks to the outsourced IT Department, Be Structured.
