I purchased a single toner to see how "reliable" they truly are. The toner turned out to operate mediocre at best, so I decided not to purchase from them again and let them know why. They proceeded to LITERALLY call me weekly for over 4 years. Within the first 3 months, they were very pushy and thorny about us doing business. Ive never experienced anything like this. I applied for a sales position with alex king.. He then emailed me that it was strictly commission based work from home. Fine. I asked him if there were any accounts already provided or would i have to build a clientele from the ground up before ever making any money? Alex King is a jackass -- he has harassed my employees at 2 of my hotels that I run for years now - and finally today, he got me on the telephone. After asking him who was calling, he basically told me to stop being so nosy and that I just need to transfer his call. My experience with Alex King was not what any person should have to deal with. First of all the agent lied about his name and having an account with us. When I asked for what product we purchased with him he proceeded to tell me that I needed to just transferred his call and and not ask questions. I replied that it was my job to screen calls especially for calls about products that i handle most of the orders for. I order the printers and toner for our company. I received a cold call from Sandy at Reliable Imaging wanting me to try their toner. I had JUST switched from a local company to ordering from Amazon because the prices were much better. I explained this to Sandy and she explained they had a "meet or beat" guarantee on the prices. Absolutely the worst customer service experience I have ever had, bar none. Incredibly disrespectful and pushy sales tactics, if they call your best bet is to say you've gone completely paperless. I have actually been cussed out by these people when I became firm over the phone in articulating my desire that they never call again.
