On 2-16-11 Dr Kirsten Murphy, DVM, Tustana Animal Hospital, called me for authorized to sedate &amp; extract ONE tooth from my pet Chihuahua Dixie.

Dr Murphy proceeded to pull SEVEN teeth &amp; in doing so broke Dixie's jaw. She made no attempt to provide immediate emergency care to repair the broken jaw nor did she call to tell me what had happened.
