The process was painless, but that does not do my experience justice. It was Awesome! J.R. is an excellent steward of the process. Some things required extra discussion and he was always available to clearly & concisely explain evert time. A lay person like myself doesn't always understand certain things but J.R. was always able to talk me through each situation. Never wrote a testimonial letter and never saw the point, but this experience bears repeating. We were 3 weeks into using another company when they told us we were not getting the loan! Even after we had submitted tons of information and met the craziest of conditions. It was a no go and we were sure we had lost our dream house. J.R.
