Timo and Sharlotte did an exceptional job handling the short sale of my condo at the end of 2012. They asked for my documentaton ONE TIME and then went to work and got it DONE! (The banks could learn much from FRG's customer service skills.) They handled all the dealings with my !@#$! lender and routinely kept me up to date on the progress. We were referred to the Foreclosure Recovery Group by our real estate agent. The staff at FRG helped me out of an impossible situation with the bank who was threatening to foreclose. For several months the bank would not proceed with a short sale, instead trying to keep me in debt to them. I had a very positive experience working with Timo Ketola from 310 Properties. The process of a short sale was very stressful and Timo worked diligently on my property. If you are going to Short Sell your property, you have come to the right place. It was a long and hard road for my family, but, Foreclosure Recovery Group (and Timo); finally, made it all happen! I dealt with Timo Ketola on two properties and was very satisfied both times. One was a short sale which successfully closed. He successfully negotiated with the lender, which was not inclined to release me from the deficiency. He also successfully negotiated a repayment of a second at a big discount. I worked with Timo in late 2010 early 2011. My home was in a short sale after a divorce. Timo explained to me everything that was going to happen and answered all of my questions.
