My moveout was made alot easier. Spoke to owner directly and he helped coordinate the cleaning. I got my full deposit bac needless to say I was kinda upset that my carpets were that clean after, I moved out. :'( I had to do my new place because the old tenants were filthy and the carpets look better than ever thanks again eco green. the best part is they left me with a free bottle of spot remover. I was so not happy with this company... They didn't show to my first visit.. called and had to reschedule as he did not see me on his calendar. I had scheduled less than two weeks prior. I had a Groupon, $50 for 700 sq ft. One person showed, was here for maybe 20 minutes and because I didn't want to upgrade my stairs being cleaned for $5 a stair or any other upgrade seemed upset. Thanks Eco Green for making the experience a simple, convenient and affordable one. hats off to Oren, the owner for a tireless effort explaining the process in detail. My daughter left us her teacup chihuahua for the weekend, peed on the sofa and carpets. I called and based on the square footage I calculated was given a quote, which was very reasonable. There was no "bait and switch" once the cleaner arrived - which is the experience I have always had in the past with carpet cleaners. The guy who came out didn't try to upsell with "better" products or "warranties," etc. Both the gentleman who quoted over the phone and the guy who did the actual carpet cleaning were professional and friendly. My husband called several places before choosing Eco-Green and was pleased with how much knowledge the owner had on the phone. He quoted a price which was reasonable and never tried to upsell. We were able to get an appointment for the very next day too! The technician who came out was on time and very professional. As far as "dirty, sweaty, and disgusting" - I did not notice nor do I think is a necessary comment especially when they are working hard and it's HOT! He was done in a timely mann... Read More »

I purchased a "STEAL" for the deal of the day. Our carpets were probably a 6/10 and wound up being a 9.5/10. All of the moldy smell came out, as did the nasty food spills from a few months ago. I paid $54 for the initial cleaning and happily paid an additional $60 for a staircase and hall. Thank Eco Green, I will refer you to friends. Read More »

I was a bit skeptical after reading other city search reviews for Carpet Cleaning companies in Costa Mesa, CA on CitySearch. However, the gentleman on the phone was very knowledgable and did the work for the quoted price. Also, the other reviewers seem to have had some kind of ridiculously low daily deal price...but I already know that extras cost more. The servicemen were really friendly and made me feel very comfortable and reassured. Explained the process to me and I appreciated the environmentally safe aspect of the cleaning. Most businesses seem to advertise the non toxic and biodegradable aspect of their business and not seem to really believe in it or even know much about it.
