Okay... maybe I wasn't physically standing in front of them...I was on the phone... but me and Julia Robert were both searching for the same thing...some TLC and kindness. Wow - A job WELL done. I am not impressed by "service industry" companies to often but this is a GOLDEN exception. I had a complicated move from one downtown loft to another. There were time and logistical restrictions (loading docks, freight elevators, move in windows, etc.) that I was genuinely nervous about going into this.
