Global Relocations and its representatives were above the competition during our giving process. We contacted roughly half a dozen companies for our international shipment. Only one other company came close to the level of detail and quickness in their responses. Jenny and her team at Global Relocations were truly outstanding when our family of six recently moved from southern California to Nice, France. The crew in the Philippines did an outstanding job of unpacking all the items that were packed by the US crew and placing the other boxes exactly where we wanted them. All the items packed for us in Bakersfield, CA were in great shape and no noticeable damage at all. With retirement this was our final move. Hugo and Team worked with us on budget and we got plain and simple answers to (what for us) were sometimes confusing issues. We've moved internationally and domestically many times and this was the easiest yet. Global Relocations helped us repatriate from Ho Chi Minh City to Los Angeles, store our furniture for 1.5 years and then relocate to Scottsdale. 38 cmb of furniture, housewares, glass etc and not one item broken or damaged. This is not a 5-star company; it is a 6-star company. The best customer service in the industry. Everything was well-researched, well-documented, and highly efficient. My family and I had an incredibly positive experience shipping a 40 foot high cube container from Los Angeles, California to Dorado, Puerto Rico. We couldn't be any happier! I moved from Tainan, Taiwan to Palo Alto, CA. Even though my container went through a custom exam and it took a while for customs to release it, the staff at Global Relocations kept me updated every step of the way.
