I WISH I READ YELP FIRST! 123 RV Tustin "Mostly Terrible reviews" 1.5 stars I rented their American Eagle RV for 2 weeks. It broke down in Utah for 4 days. The owner said verbally he would extend the rental the 4 days to offset the 4 down days. We could only extend 2 days so when I returned it (cleaner than I got it) he said the office would handle all refunds. But then they declined refunding the 2 days I was shorted. WONDERFUL SERVICE..HIGHLY RECOMMEND I rented from this service last August for a 10 day trip and had the best experience that I rented from them again this summer and so did a friend of mine. We had the best service and best prices. THE PRICES ARE THE BEST...there is no way you can rent an RV for the prices offered anywhere else...the prices are clearly stated on the website for each RV...no changes no surprises. A growing group of us (Victims)are coordinating our efforts to stop 123RVRENTAL. DO NOT RENT FROM THEM. So far with little effort we have discovered many recent individuals who have been scammed, overcharged and had their deposits stolen!!! Not to mention all the time and effort exerted try and combat 123 RV Rental. We all have had nearly the exact same experiences. This is not random it is a pattern of crime by 123 RV Rental. I rented an RV thru 123 Rv Rental and it was the best experience ever! The owners were great and the Rv was well cared for! My decision was based on the fact that I saw they were BBB certified and Yes, I did read the reviews and was a bit skeptical... But I took into consideration the length of time they have been in buisiness and how many rentals they had to of completed and decided that if the reviews below were really true there would probably be more of them posted and by more people not... Thank you for providing this wonderful service of renting from a private party. It's truly a more personable and enjoyable experience renting another families motorhome for my families trip. We went to the desert for thanksgiving in the coachmen rv and my kids and wife had a blast. This was our second trip out here with friends, and we will surely be renting from you next year, maybe even the same coach or perhaps we will try the bus style motorhome next. I rented an RV from this company and it is an ongoing nightmare. You will find may reviews similar to my experience by doing a simple search. The Better Business Bureau has had many complaints on them. STOP DO NOT RENT FROM THEM NO MATTER HOW MUCH OF A BIND YOU ARE IN. I needed an RV for a trip my family had booked and they provided me with a rental. The documentation and Insurance binder was similar to what I have used with other reputable companies in the past. This company operates a scam. We recently rented an RV from them and when we picked it up we were rushed through the pick-up process and the exterior scratches and dents on the vehicle were 'waved away' as insignificant. When we returned the vehicle the same scratches and dents were treated as being newly created and they immediately pocketed our $500 'damage' deposit. We had no idea what we were doing or how to go about it and then we came across their website.
