Ordered a single diamond stud earring on 30 December 2018. Received the wrong product on 14 Jan 2019. I got an immediate response from David S who said he would send a return label. I never received the label. I contacted the company and David S said he would send another label. I never received the label. I placed an order for diamond stud earrings on 11-27-18, with the shipping method showing 3-5 days. Not being sure of whether this was the date the earrings would be shipped versus received, I gave the benefit of the doubt and waited 5 business days and followed up on 12-4-18. Try to stay away from this company! Read the below and think twice before involve yourself into it! I ordered stud earnings as a gift for my wife. They looked OK to the untrained eye, but I brought them to get appraised to make sure we were getting what was purchased. Overall I'm ok with the quality of the stones. When looking at it closely they have small black specks but not too noticeable from far. Looks like pepper honestly. Despite a bit of a hick-up with the delivery.. Not a fan of using USPS. But when I got the earrings I was so pleased. I had made a long search of what to buy. David, Your response to my previous review is as misleading as your sales practices. I did not purchase a poor color, in fact, I purchased the color suggested by your sales agent. Just received my 1/2 carat T.W. diamond studs. They are beautiful. What I like is I am buying from an established company in the U.S.A., and my earrings came with an appraisal showing color, cut, clarity.
