BEWARE! David Huffman tried to force me to sign an Agreement For Settlement as he so calls it, so that I wouldn’t leave any reviews or tell people the truth about our dealings. He has fabricated many charges against my account and they constant change on a minutes notice. And if I did not follow his orders and left a review I wouldn’t receive a full refund. Mr. Huffman was extremely helpful and responded to all inquiries in a timely manner. He did everything that he said that he would do, and when a complication arose and he had to send an Attorney to appear at hearing, he did so without any additional charge. His fee was extremely reasonable in comparison to competing firms. And most importantly he was HONEST ! I very highly recommend this law firm. They filed the expungement motion two days after I spoke with them on the phone. They responded to email inquiries in hours, not days. They responded to phone calls in ten minutes. The motion was competently performed and I had a granted expungement one month after I first spoke with them.
