My liaison Gina G, was a great communicator, and very efficient. Unfortunately, there was a lack in the ending stage of the process, where there was a disconnect with my medical staff. United Medical is the best place to ask for help when you cannot afford you cosmetic surgery. They are awesome, they did all paper work so fast it was unavailable. If I had a choice, this would NOT be a financing option. However, it was the only company I was approved for, with the amount I needed. The interest rate is ridiculous, but when you're needed surgery, options are limited. The customer service is horrible. The ask for documents multiple times, the ask again. My experience with United Medical Credit was above what I could have expected. I filled out the online application and received a phone call telling me I had been approved. Applied online and got approval within 4 days. The payment schedule is every 28 days not monthly just as a heads up. Interest rate was comparable to others.
