A friend and I wanted to plan a local weekend getaway. I wasn't sure I wanted to bother Dc with such a simple request but when I contacted her, she was more than happy to help us. We even changed our plans and decided to go to a totally different location. Dc was able to cancel our previous reservation as well as help us book a new one. I first contacted DC when my 3 friends and I were looking to book a trip to Cancun, Mexico. She is so well travelled that she knew all the tiniest details for each hotel. Who else would know that they recently built a bridge from Cancun to Play Del Carmen - shortening a day trip to just 20 minutes?! I have been aware of Cosmopolitan Travels, Inc for a while now, as I've been hearing from friends and neighbors about it, I have never used a travel agency before but decided to trust them with booking a family vacation to Sea World including the park tickets. It was extremely easy to deal with D.C., even when we had to change the date almost at the last minute it just took one quick phone call and we got a new confirmation by e-mail, without being charged any penalties.
