I like the fact that they communicate with you while your order is being processed. I just waited for about two weeks for my order to arrive and they assure me that I’ll get the quality product that I paid for. We purchased a custom door. Sent Patrick the details and he made the drawings for approval. Everytime we contacted him, very quick response. The doors arrived as described. Just gorgeous!!!!!! I had a great experience with this company. They answered all questions quickly. I looked at a similar door at another seller but decided to go with this company and was not disappointed. I received the door from California to Ky in one week. You will need a lift to take the door off of the truck when delivered as it weighs 700#. Iron Doors Now is a great company. They truly cared about getting my order just right. When we received the doors, they were amazing.
