The lady then answers 'yes' and we proceeded to make an appointment in which she asked for my name and address and confirms Sergio (sp?) will come over at 2pm the following day. Before we hung up she did ask if I spoke Spanish and I responded no but then I was told that Sergio will bring an interpreter.
