Was with them for two years with no complaints until one week ago when I tried to order a new phone from this company.. I was told to call them when I received my new phone, which I did. Then they deactivated my old phone and were suppose to activate my new one. They either did not activate the new phone or the phone they sent me was defective because it never worked.
