I had been searching for a dainty looking, gold Claddagh ring for a while and thought I had finally found it when I discovered this ring (https://www.homebello.com/ladies-claddagh-ring-14k-gold-polished-d1862/). Ordered two Reed and Barton Christmas ornaments from this company. They didn't tell me they were back ordered and strung me along for three weeks. Finally, when I contacted them, they said they would ship on January 10th. On January 7th they emailed and said my order was cancelled because the product was retired. Bordering on bait and switch, and unfair trade practices. Buyers beware. I would never order from this company again. Read More »

I returned some coffee mugs which were broken en route to HomeBello. HomeBello would not respond to phone calls from UPS or me in order to process an insurance claim so I am out $100. I had bought about $400 or $500 of dishes in all. The products and prices are good, but I would not order from HomeBello again because of their poor customer service. Read More »

I attempted to order a Masonic ring from HomeBello.com. After placing my order, I was informed that the price that I paid was out-of-date, and that the price had gone up. The customer service representative informed me that I couldn't use the coupon code provided on the ring's product page, nor could I pay with PayPal, and still receive the advertised price. I ordered some jewelry boxes from this website for my bridesmaids' gifts... took way too long to get in, so I had to buy others from a different store. Then, I was not able to return them, due to an interesting loophole in policy: the company says you are not allowed to return 'high quality' items, and interestingly enough, almost all items have the words 'high quality' before them in their name.
