I do not recommend that you rent from Spellacy Prop. Management Co. The customer service leaves much to be desired. In order to get maintenance to come and fix something at my house,for example; burst pipe, termites(which was discovered by terminix), broken shower door which I might add was never fixed; I would have to threaten to have the repairs done myself and take it out of the rent money. I was very disappointed with their customer service. The office manager doesn't have customer skills and their maintenance dept doesn't know how to handle maintenance situations. Read More »

We have four units in San Bernardino. For many years we managed this property by ourselves, but it became difficult for us to do. We were fortunate to find Spellacy Property Management company to take care of those responsibilities for us. They have managed our properties very well. They have taken over all of the problems that have come up. We appreciate all they have done for us, and would recommend their services to anyone who owns property. Read More »

Their expertise in all aspects of management and sales has enabled my fellow investors and myself to maximize our investment dollars. Spellacy & Associates has assisted the San Bernardino City Unified School District with multiple tasks, including but not limited to: Routine maintenance and rent collection for Owner or Tenant occupied properties; Utilities - disconnection/termination; Liaison with local code enforcement agencies, Police and Fire Departments; Coordination with District's Relocation Services consultant; Delivery of legal notices and other District correspondence to/and from owners and tenants.
