I like this store, i rather go here then any other gold stores as they are more nicer and they respect you if you are very sentimental towards your jewlery that u dont want to sell. They made me fell like home and offered to get me something to drink they even joke around with you and have a great time instead of making it feel like they are at work. this is my first time at the we buy gold on bascom and i had a great experience the lady who help me was great nice and polite she worked with me so i had a price i was happy with she just made some calls and then it worked out fine. her names rianna shes mexican girl with long hair at the first desk. she was awsome im kind of excited to get more gold and go back its a fun process with ther solutions they use. there was so many people in there and she still gave me all her attetntion. she eve... i likes this stores they show me respecto and lots of smarts. They were ables to speak with me in spanish and show me whats they were doings. They kept a smile in their face and one of the girls reanna gots me somethings to drink which was really nice. They have coffee and sodas and water for you to get free when u get theres.
