I had a problem with the IRS over several years. I hired Strategic Tax lawyers to help me after mistakenly hiring the "Tax Resolution" firm with the actor in their commercials. On April 5, 2013, I received a Tax Levy dated March 22, 2013 for more than $550,000. from the IRS. I had not received a Notice of Intent to Levy from the IRS pertaining to this matter. I received a notice from the IRS stating that my returns were assigned to a revenue officer for an audit. Not willing to deal with a revenue officer, nor with the hassle of dealing with the IRS, I hired Strategic Tax Lawyers. My accountant tried calling the IRS and to resolve the issue, but it seemed like he did not know what he was doing. I hired Mouris Behboud, Estate Planner and valuation expertto prepare the return. The return takes several months to complete (4Mvalue to estate) but I was impressed with the result.
