I'm with a business in LA who has had a contract for Preventative Maintenance with Greenstar's predecessors since 2008. When ARS Greenstar took over, the service went off a cliff. In 2019, Greenstar came by for a service call for our main A/C unit where the technician noted that the PM had not been done, or had been seriously under scope, for a significant period of time, resulting in over $1000 worth of repairs, even with the Greenclub "discount". I had these guys replace my system and all the people on my property were very professional. The also maintenance my water heater. Good service. Not the cheapest, but I like that everyone is in uniform and they keep my home clean and do professional work. Read More »
