This company is a one man operation. He makes a lot of promises about delivery times and prices that are complete fabrications. In addition he sent me a product that was unusable. He offered to replace the defective product. However, my clients were so upset by the time the shitty products arrived that they didn't even want the product anymore. The sales dept was responsive in answering my questions and getting my order placed, but once they had my money it has been a string of excuses and delays saying that they are "busy at the factory" and "this is our busy time of year" or the "factory is behind schedule". Numerous times they said they would give me a delivery date "next week" or even "tomorrow", but never have. My only advice to others is to either stay away from this company... Read More »

The concret precast balusters and columns have made a great diference in the curve appeal of my home. The company is located in Mexico now, and shipped the products to me directly for a low shipping cost. The sales man I bought from was Shawn and he was very knowlegable. Read More »
