We worked with Luke Allen of SimpleLend on two loans simultaneously. One was a refinance cash out and the other was a purchase of a home. His team got everything done on a tight schedule for the closing of the new purchase. Part way through the transaction we requested an earlier closing date, and they were able to accelerate the process so we could be in the new house by Labor Day. Hello Everyone! I just refinanced with SimpleLend and they were fantastic!!! I worked with Luke and Christa and they were absolutely wonderful to work with. After going through this process in the past, we were not looking forward to it again! But with rates at the low we wanted we decided to go for it! I recently refinanced my home and went through SimpleLend. They were courteous, efficient, friendly and incredibly helpful. I have another property in which I do not pay the mortgage so the underwriters required quite a lot of documentation. The SimpleLend team assisted the whole way and truly went out of their way to assist me in providing all that was required.
