Well they advertise 24/7 support. - They don't actually give 24/7 support. They advertise they have Live Chat - it's nonexistent You have to submit a trouble ticket and that's where you don't get 24/7 support. I received charges for a temporary phone line which I was told was temporary. Their customer service is rude and they don't reply. Nothing but problems for me. Read More »

Out of the blue, my company transferred me to Gainesville where no body knew me. All my friends and family were living in Raleigh. I had nothing to do in the evenings. One day, while I was browsing on internet, I came to know that Axvoice was offering unlimited calls in $8.25 per month. I immidiately signed up with them and started to use their service within a week. I have benefited a lot from this offer and now I can call my family and friends in Raleigh. Until a few months ago, I was not ready to accept that I could get unlimited calls for $10 only. My friend told me about it but I thought there must be some trap beneath this $10 offer. I searched on internet and signed up with a provider named axvoice. Until now, it has been working appropriately. Let us see what happens in future. Read More »

I have been using Axvoice's residential plan for about an year now. I would say they have been nice with me until now. voice quality is satisfactory and features are easy to use. I know there might be some providers even better than axvoice but right now I am not in a mood to do an experiment as in past, I have suffered a lot due to this continuous switching game. Well I have used many voip services in the last few years. All of them have approximately the same rates and voice quality. Axvoice is also the same but axvoice is better in the sense that it offers more features and billing is transparent. Read More »
