I employed Pacific Transfer in the summer of 2012 to turn over a time share. At the time, (June 4, 2012), I was told that there are three steps to this process. Step 1: Title Clearance; Step 2: Recording; Step 3: Resort Notification. I was informed that each stage takes 8-12 weeks to process and that the total process can take one year to complete. We have been dealing with them since July 2013. Same experience of other reviews. You can't talk to a supervisor. No one returns your calls. They ask for the same forms over and over. They don't even reply to emails. We were told we would close on our transfers by the end of the year. Now it looks like we will have to pay our 2014 maintenance dues. My review would be negative 5 stars if I could . . I am not going to write all the details - since every other posting already here details the same thing I would write . . My parents paid these scam artists $ 3500 and have not heard from them since 12-2012 - when they were told that "the transfer process is almost complete." and that they should pay their 2013 maintenance fees. I rate this company ZERO! No stars! The stars made me click one but they deserve ZERO! Their customer service is horrible. I agree with several other comments on this website when they say the company doesn't call you back or respond to your emails; when you call the line is busy or else "there is a large volume of calls today" and get sent to a full voice mail box. HORRIBLE! Worst company to do business with!!! Run while you can! I purchased a Worldmark timeshare for over $3k by way of e-check. This was 4 months ago. Communication in the beginning was great. The longer the transfer goes the worse the communication gets. I was told this would take 60-90 days. I purchased mid June thinking it would be done in time for my anniversary in October. We enlisted this company to transfer our timeshare in June 2012. We had a contract that stated they would pick up our maintenance fees after 12 months. We promptly sent them the bill last month so they could pay it. It has not been paid and we will have to continue paying to protect our credit. My Pacific Property Transfer Experience detailed below is the same as reported to the BBB. I have left numerous messages to learn about the status of my timeshare transfers. I have been told twice that the person with the answers is in a meeting. I purchased a timeshare from a third party in Nov 2012, it is July 2013 and I am still waiting for the process to be completed. I have contacted Pacific Property Transfer several times and always receive the same answer....The process is almost complete. My paperwork stated it could take up to 90 days for the transfer to complete. What is going on? I am about to lose points that I have paid for and should have already been able to utilize. Thank you so much to Angelica Garcia for helping me to process and finalize the transfer of my timeshare contract. I was very confused throughout this process as my resort in Palm Springs really required a lot of information and I had no idea how to do it. I was matched up with this company when I signed up for a service to get rid of my timeshare ownership. The next week Pacific Property Transfer sent me a packet of information and documents that I needed to sign in order to process the resort transfer requirements. Pacific Property Transfer sent us a postcard about 3 months ago. We had already started the process with another company so I put the post card on the shelve. After 4 months we finally understood that the other company was not going to be able to do what they said and had a hell of a time getting our money back. I too have been trying to transfer my timeshare and have been given the run around for the last 18 month. Everything on my part has been completed a long time ago. Phone calls, e-mails, certified letters are never answered. Speaking with a person always results in questionable information.
