THIS COMPANY IS A FRAUD I paid for enclosed shipping to here the 1st the driver never made it on the date I most needed my car after I PAID HIM TO HERE THAT DAY OR I WOULD OF NEVER BOOKED the sales rep told me if he wasn’t here on the date I needed I wouldn’t have to pay the full amount once I told the driver that he said he’s sending my car to storage after cussing me out Ridley and hanging up on me if you don’t want to deal with a lost car or losing money for some shit show they call a busi... Warning!!! Please stay away from this company. Here is my story I used uship portal to find the company and found this Freedom which I thought is legit with so many reviews. I called them and spoke to guy named Anthony Pravata and got a quote of 500$ to ship my car from Pittsburgh, PA to Providence, RI (~500 miles). I was told they will call me 2-3 days in advance of the pick up date to confirm the date and time, which they never called and I had to call every day for 2-3 days before the day... Read More »

I dont even know where to start. I have been in customer service for YEARS and i have never came across anyone as tentative as Freedom Auto Transport. They did everything they said they would and the some. Daily updates, always returned my phone calls even at 10:30pm. I will be very happy to tell my friends and family how pleased i am with them. This is a local company we used to move one of our cars to New York. Jon and Joe were very easy to deal with while being very informative on the process and pricing structure.
