I'm a real estate agent that lists property for rent. I've received several inquiries from tenants wanting to know about the lease purchase option. There is no lease purchase option. Tried this site out for more than a week because we are in the process of relocating to Fl., I wanted to check out several of the homes that I found on this site, but apparently after going through tons of extra work to find out the 'real' contact info on the properties (everything that was provided by 'getrenttoown.com' was completely bogus & completely inadequate)I found out that the homes were listed with the wrong information or that some of them were not even available for sale!! They sent me 2 emails every day for weeks telling me about house for 600 a month and less! So I singe up paid the 50 for the trial and then found nothing for under 1600 in the areas they claim to have listing for 1000 less! When I called I was told those sell in less then a min they don't tell you if you want to buy anything any where close to what they are advertising in there emails you have to be on the computers all day every day hitting refresh ( which is what I was told I would need to...
