I have found them to be very professional, straightforward, and there have never been any of those "horror" stories you hear about with other construction companies. I found this company on yelp; I noticed that they had a five star rating so I decided to give them a shot. Joel Portillo the owner of Joel & Co. Construction came by to give me a quote, he was on time, friendly and really easy to talk to. His estimate was fair and detailed, so I went a head and hired him. Everyone I encountered at Joel & Co. Construction was professional, pleasant and perfectionists. They installed recessed lights in my living room and did other small home improvement work around the house. Their quote was right in the middle of two other estimates I received. I did a lot of comparison research for my kitchen remodel. I chose Joel & Co. primarily because of their high quality and value. Joel made me feel comfortable with the entire remodeling process.
