The entire staff was very professional and helped handle one of the most difficult transactions for us that involved family AND selling our first home, all which created tension and anxiety. I had attempted to modify the loan on my home and was denied. Apex was instrumental in short-selling my home with little or no effort on my part. The whole process was made painless by Tim and his staff and it saved my credit rating the hit of a foreclosure.
