Anthony came to my rescue after being denied by several lenders (including the mortgage company holding my existing mortgage!). I approached Anthony to re-finance but after getting all the paperwork in, the appraisal didn't come in high enough. It took almost 18 months to get together paperwork to properly document the square footage of my 1930s era home but once I did, I was ready to try again. I'm a real estate broker and have worked with many different loan agents/lenders in the past 12+ years. I can honestly say that Nick Ingoglia is extremely knowledgeable and always in control of his files.
