I have completed a home purchase with Home Loan Enterprise (HLE) as the lender about a half month ago. Before the review, let me clarify that my initial choice was based almost exclusively on the best offer (GFE) quotes. HLE posts them online, so it's always easy to see their quote first and then compare whether others can give better. Huber and Rachel were very helpful with my refinance of my home loan. They were alawys willing to answer all of my questions and made the whole process go so smooth. I found Home Loan Enterprise through Bankrate.com. Without providing too many specific details I was able to get a rate quote within minutes. Other companies that I checked out only had a 30 day lock or showed rate sheets that suggested that my loan may end up with a higher rate than listed on bankrate. I was very skeptical doing business over the internet when I contacted HLE. Due the on-time responses I received from Huber it did not take long to know that I was in good hands. I did my part in responding timely to the documentation needs which sped up the process. HLE's GFE were very accurate. Jimmy and Tifffany did a great job on my refinancing. They had the lowest rates out there and had a great lock period of 45 days. With my more complex needs, this gave me time to go through all the paperwok without the rush of a shorter lock period. They were very helpful the whole way and made it a very easy experience.
