My wife has been urging me to buy gold for a while. I've been buying gold for years and it made a lot of sense to buy a bit more at current prices. I like how I was treated and the coins were extremely nice as promised. I wish I would have discovered Gold Trust Financial years ago. I picked up a variety of the $20 Liberty and $20 St. Guadens gold coins. Recently noticing that the country’s national debt just past the $17 trillion mark! I have zero faith in the dollar and our government officials to get anything right. William is amazing and a pleasure to work with. I did massive homework and am quite literal. When I said I wanted pre-1933 Gold proofs, it was not explained that the word "proof" meant pre-1933, so was very confused when my money was transferred and I was told my coins are 2009-2012 gold proofs. I've had my IRA with Fidelity for over 14 years and lost a bunch of money back in 2001 and again in 2008. I feel that the next market meltdown could be much worse, and that's why I transferred my IRA to a Gold backed IRA. I can certainly live with the 20% + returns Gold has been getting every year! Gold Financial Trust is a very solid company, run by very solid people. There are other online dealers who can technically beat their prices but their quality can vary quite a bit. This company has consistently sold me silver and gold coins that are in better condition than expected - more than 2600 coins as of this writing.
