Have been using them monthly for the last year. Great, consistent inflow of prospects for my canvassing team. Wasn't sure if it would be right to run on the week of the holiday but needed some additions to start in January. I don't advise to use this agency. Find your sales reps by yourself or even using other online job boards such as Monster, craigslist, Dice, and others. They just find too many people randomly and direct them to you via emails or phone calls. We have always relied on using craigslist or trying to post and find people on job boards ourself. The hiring process was long and tough trying to do this in house. We found time 2 hire by a simple google search and haven't looked back since. We have used them for almost 6-7 campaigns and have hired more sales people than we could ever have imagined. The entire process was very straight forward and simple to implement. Our campaign netted us 14 appointments, 5 in person interviews. We hired 1 great salesperson. I have spent countless hours at career fairs costing much more than TTH, only to get 1 or two interviews and no hires to date. I have now changed my review on this company to 5 Stars. The owner has since been talking with me and has helped me with getting new employees. He checked his recorded conversations that I had with his employees and has agreed that they were out of line.
