I am so pleased with staff at American Select Funding they reassured me that I was going to be okay even without any prior knowledge of the home buying experience. I had no realtor and one was suggested, and they took care of everything. American Select Funding gave me the best VA Loan rate than other banks that service military service members and veterans. I consulted with Dr. Kavandi regarding combining my loans and refinancing and she gave me excellent idea for my loans and refinancing my rental property. American Select Funding worked very hard and just completed my loan for my new home. Early this year American Select Funding Inc. help my son as first time buyer to get a loan for his townhouse. I've had dealings with other financial institution, but American Select Funding beats all of them hands down. My situation though not unique, but it was very stressful to say the least. Earlier this year, we had loss in the family, and it put us in a really bad financial bind. Outstanding customer service!! Always on top of everything! They got rid of my PMI and went from a 30 year loan to a 15 year loan! AWESOME!!!!!!!!!! Just from that, I saved $146,000!!!!!!!!!!!!! I own my own business. That presents a whole set of unique problems qualifying for financing because I don't have W-2 income. That did not deter Dr. Kavandi, the owner of American Select Funding (it was a problem for the first lender I approached). Dr. Kavandi was exceptional.
