Buyer beware! Especially if you have to return anything. The customer service is rude, they do not notate any thing and they have a very poor tracking system. They make the customer feel like it is their fault with everything from sizing to returns and exchanges. Their exchange police is awful you are required to buy another dress and ship back the other one at your expense and then they don't refund you for the other dress unless you go through the bbb. I am not really into internet shopping especially when it comes to clothings. I strongly believe that in order to find the right clothes, you need to look at the clothes in person and have to try them on before buying.
