DO NOT USE APPLE TERMITE PICO RIVERA!!! This company is one of the most unprofessional company I have ever encountered. I have a confirmed termite work to be performed scheduled for October 15, 2012 at 9:00am. Despite a confirmed schedule appointment, no technician ever showed up at the job site. Parents bought house and sellers agent selected Apple Termite. Had second inspection after repair done and discovered Apple was about $7,000 off in their estimate. Apple made some additional repairs with indoor wood & wrong wood (repairs were to exterior balcony). Work was never completed so had to hire and sue. We had a very large termite problem last month and didn't know what to do. We called Apple Termite and spoke with the representative, he had someone come out and see the issues, quoted us a very reasonable price and got to work! They did great!
