Beau was fabulous to work with! It seems getting a loan these days is extremely difficult, but Beau made the process so easy. Let me give some background. I live in Nevada and was purchasing a second residence in California, so all of my interaction was from a distance and to top it off just had a baby. I've worked with Beau since May of 2008 and he has closed a half dozen loans and refi's for us. He is trustworthy, very efficient and professional. He was able to close the last loan in September of this year in record time...21 days!! He has been very flexible given our hectic travel schedule and always finds a way to get the job done.
