Ticket Hitman is the best. They charged me a great low fee of $199 to fight my ticket, while others wanted to charge me almost $300. I used this company for a speeding ticket, they lost the case and when I asked for the refund of my retainer fee they gave me an excuse that I did not meet their requirements and that is why they will keep my money, besides being unreliable they have poor costumer service and rude employees. I recently had a ticket dismissed back in August 2013. I got my Ticket November 2012. Thank god for this company. They prepared all the paperwork and were by my side all along. Wow! Just received notice my speeding citation was dismissed. It took the courts 91 days after receiving the trial by declaration to dismiss the case. What a relief! I had the worse experience with this service they lied and dined it after making several phone calls and getting wrong information I found out I lost my case but they refused to refund the 99.00 as was stated when I called them the staff is extremely route and supervisor has one line to repeat and will not admit their mistake I followed what they said and I got short end of it. I paid TicketHitMan to help with two of my son's tickets. For one of the tickets my son was actually ordered to appear in court after the court received the paperwork from TicketHitMan. TicketHitMan would offer no explanation as to why or what had happened nor would they offer any direction. This company is a waste of time and money. I spent $99, so they can remove a ticket I got while visiting California. They said, that's what they specialize in and it's money back guarantee. All they did was send the court a letter, didn't follow up with the court, nor do anything else to get my ticket removed. I'm out $99 plus the ticket cost, and I have points on my license. In our great town of Culver City they like so many other areas today have photo red light enforcement. Well they got a pretty picture of me and for $400+ they'll let you go your way with a moving violation on your record and higher insurance rates. Received today the "Decision and Notice of Decision" from the Court, on the Traffic Ticket.
