As a business owner, here is my experience: Horrendous customer service! DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM. The owner actually sent me a few text, to my personal cell, threatening me not to provide assistance. All they want is money. If you read the pathetic "about us" on their website, you'd think this is a company that wants to help. All they want is your money. First of all do not listen to their reviews on their web page. They are lies. Even on BBB their reviews are all similar... BAD! If I could give negative stars I would. The amount of issues this company put me through was ridiculous. There were a multitude of issues with their service and equipment. First of all they are not afraid to send you faulty equipment. My hand held broke at the base. I bought the unit outright and the warranty has expired. They absolutely refuse to send me a replacement device even though I told them I would pay for the repairs and I am stranded. Also, the warranty wouldn't cover the break anyway because it was my fault. So then I ask them "if I pay the $250 for the extended warranty, will you send me a replacement device while I send you the broken on which I will pay to repair?"
