I would give them ZERO stars if I could. This company is all out for themselves, they DO NOT back their products or service with any sort of caring. After PAYING for my cabinets, I was instructed to read the policies on receiving my cabinets. In that I realized that certain cabinets would not be taken off the delivery truck!!! I will start by saying that for the most part, the staff at the RTA store very nice and helpful in many different ways ( planning layout of kitchen, ordering all of the correct parts, getting some replacements parts, etc.) The kitchen cabinets are NOT good quality. We ordered a total of 16 cabinets. HDF doors. Within one to two months after install, at least half of them had some kind of chipping, peeling , cracking, etc. for NO REASON. I am a multiple time customer of TheRTAStore. My first project went relatively well with only a couple of items not shipped or incorrect items shipped. After a bit of sparring, these were resolved to my satisfaction. Mt latest purchase is not so good. The Chinese cabinets had the brackets for the face in the wrong location. We purchased vanities for 2 of my bathrooms from the RTA store and were very pleased with everything! We had a budget we wanted to stick to and after shopping around at local home improvement stores we thought we were never going to be able to stay within our budget. My husband happened to see a commercial for the rta store on HGTV and luckily told me to check it out. We came in $600 under our budget and the vanities are awesome! Read More »

The RTA store was awesome. Kara completed the design and cabinet layout and sent us a virtual kitchen layout so we could see what it looked like ahead of time. The cabinets were very high quality and at a significantly lower price than the big box stores. The finished kitchen is amazing. Would defintely recommend TheRTAStore. Read More »

The order process was smooth. The RTA team was able to make 2 adjustments within a 24 hour window to my order. The order arrived in a timely fashion. There were a handful of defects in the order I placed. However, Marie from the RTA worked with me to ensure all items were replaced satisfactorily. She went above and beyond in terms of customer service to address my needs and make my project smooth. I would definitely order here again. Read More »

Dealing over internet will be a regretful process but having the RTA store won't be. A month ago, I've done with the installation of aspen white shaker kitchen cabinets. Got the stuff delivered in promised duration and remodeling work started on time. They also cooperated with us when we thought of some changes in design towards the end of the project. Kelsey designed my kitchen and it was exactly what I wanted on the first design. All my questions were answered immediately and the ordering process was simple. My cabinets arrived in a week and that was including a holiday. I was not to keen on ordering cabinets online but once I started price checking there was no other place that even came close. I ordered one cabinet to match a set that I had gotten at a building materials auction previously (RTA was half the price of what I had paid at the auction). The person that helped us was great to work with... It arrived at my door step within a week. The cabinet matched perfectly, but had a mar spot on it when we opened the package. I ordered the espresso bean cabinets and was very impressed with them. Very nice quality cabinets at a fraction of the cost of buying them through a retailer. The service was outstanding, everyone was very responsive to my needs and helped me pick the best design for my kitchen. We got solid wood cabinets from the RTA Store that consisted of wood and plywood (no particle board). We had to store them in our garage for a few weeks on pallets during a heat wave with very high humidity but the cabinets were not affected in the least - they were very much dimensionally stable.
