Chad is great! I’m a repeat customer and have ordered multiple times from ChadsToolBox.com, and I have never had any problems. It’s important to understand that this is a small business — by which I mean, it seems to be Chad Chilstrom running the business office in Wyoming and his son/relatives/employees at the warehouse in Palmer, Alaska, due to their favorable tax laws.
