I ordered a urn and when I got it, there was no packing slip or anything included. The urn was a SOLID box with no way to open it to put the ashes. The place where there was supposed to be a picture, it was just flush with the wood and no way to slip a picture in it. On the bottom of the urn there was a sicker that said "made in china." On June 16, 2017, I placed an order for a necklace that would have my cat’s ashes made into it for $1,849. The kit arrived on June 19 with no directions, just a plastic spoon and container. I already felt uncomfortable messing with my pet’s ashes, so I called and was told how many spoonfuls to add. Okay. they have to use the cheapest of products in my opinion...NOT EVEN 2 WEEKS into getting my sterling silver turquoise heart pendant to hold my beloved brothers ashes i felt something drop from my shirt. i went to go investigate....low and behold the pendant separated from the sterling silver chain. not broken at the claps but mid chain..beyond aggrivated a wasted 130$ + tax and shipping for a broken necklace... we ordered an urn back in august of 2014 .. when it arrived the orig, box was gone and the only thing left of it was the address label. the urn was packed in a plastic bag and as you can see completely damaged ... I contacted them, send them emails fb messages, called and left messages and to this date ( March of 2016 ) I still haven't gotten it taken care of. I don't get any responses to my emails.
