I have to say, Nick is hands down, the best in the industry! Throughout my home refi, Nick was on top of the hole process. Making it, dare I say it, actually fun, unheard of in the industry! I was referred to Nick Kohli from my broker agent friend in purchasing of my first property. He was extremely helpful and professional from start to finish. Nick Kohli worked on 2 loans for us and was an exceptional person to work with. He was on top of the process, notifying us promptly of any info needed so that the process moved smoothly. Gentlemen, this is a first rate outfit. I just finished a re-fi with Mr. Nick Kohli of "Rapid" . Everything went smoothly and I am very pleased. I have done many re-finances over the years but none were done any better. They are straight forward and clear in what is required and they are as rapid as their name. I had a very good experience with Rapid Capital Funding, I had tried to refinance my house by another company 9 months earlier and had no luck. Rapid Capital Funding tried to make sure the info they were providing was accurate and call to verify before submitting. The other company who rejected me 9 months earlier just did not do the work to make sure it was accurate and did not care to follow up. I strongly recommend Rapid Capital Funding PC to anyone.
