Buyer beware. This company says that they are there to help small companies and start ups. NOT TRUE! They take your money and forget about you. Any time you want to speak to someone they make you go through their painful phone run around and then make you wait 2-3 days before they call you back. Back in 2015 I signed up for a 3 month trial with Brandrep. After about 8 months of service, I called to see what the status of my account was. I had something like 5 keywords ranking me, nothing outstanding. When I called, I also upgraded my account to an annual program to save some money. The reviews here seem over the top positive. Perhaps to provide some balance, try reading Scambook where BrandRep refused to address a complaint against a client or how about the Business Consumers Alliance complaints against this company or question the fact this company appears on the BBB, at the time of this posting is not a member of BBB and is being reviewed by the BBB.
