Brandon Becerra and his team of negotiators did a truly outstanding job negotiating a very difficult short sale--one that many said simply could not be done--and even when the bank wouldn't allow a time extension. Four bank liens totaling over $2 M, a 20 K HOA lien, a county disrepair lien, plus federal and state income tax liens. I experience with LDP was amazing. I tried to loan modify for 3 years on my own. With no results. no one at the bank seemed to care whether I lost my house or not . my payment was climbing quickly. Brandon, did 2 home modifications for me. Both went through without a hitch. I found him to be very honest and dependable. Very thankful that this company was able to help me out with my Wells Fargo loan. I very much appreciated the follow up calls every 2 weeks and staying on top of everything with my bank. I can't say enough about how great and honest and hard working and patient this company and all of its people are. I have talked to Mr. Becerra, he is the most patient and knowledgeable person I have met in this business. I was turned down by my bank 4 times for the HEMP (obama) loan modification, knowing I fit the program.
