STAY AWAY FROM BRUIN CORP OF FRAMINGHAM!!!!! Update, In October from the HIC License Board we learned that the contract the company uses does not comply with the state requirements for consumer protection. If you used Bruin and are not happy, file a complaint against their HIC license. In November at the CSL license hearing we learned that at least on our project, the building permit was applied for by the Construction Supervisor's License (CSL) holder and then he went on a 2 week vacation....
