Purchased several replacement windows beginning in 2000. However, when things began to go wrong there was no effort to make repairs. Made multiple calls to obtain service in recent years without success. Calls to Mr. Ross were not helpful. Warranty information required for many of the windows seems to have been stripped of, throwing up another barrier to access repairs. Would not use again. Read More »

Do not use this company! They will offer Lifetime Warranty on there products but will not Honor that when there product fails. My Bow window leaks and has turned Blue and purple. Read More »
