5 Years ago, we contracted Creation Builders to remodel a small bathroom; move the toilet to the other side of the room, replace the vanity, and replace the bath for a shower. During the works, they claimed extra work costing an extra $1000 just to reroute the sewage line. we saw however that the sewage line was not rerouted, just laid as was intended before extra work was claimed, but at the time of final payment, they claimed the extra work was done. When I left a message for an initial estimate, Creation Builders team returned my call promptly and a meeting was set up within two days. They actually gave me sensible advice about my remodeling ideas. They were courteous and respectful throughout the entire meeting, answering my endless questions regarding all the various projects. Creation Builders re-shingled our roof and replaced a first floor closet with a half bath. We're first time homeowners, and they walked us through each job, from the quote, to the materials, to our last minute changes. They were available all the time for us. Creation Builders removed my old cabinets, appliances and wood floors. They installed tile floors, marble accent wall in kitchen, glass back splash, wall in bathroom, new cabinetry with counter tops and a sink in the kitchen. Very happy with the results! Everyone from Creation Builders were super easy to work with. They were polite, professional, on time, and even went out of their way to advise on colors and layout of our new home. They kept the house extremely clean, were very good about taping off and covering furniture, and used drop clothes at all times. Got our kitchen remodelled. We ended doing more and more once we saw the quality of work. Cabinets redone and tiles completely removed, we ended up getting new fixtures and painting the walls as well. Creation Builder's crew did an amazing job. We called and they came for an estimate for some pavers two days later. Creation Builders were great! They heard us out and didn't pressure us into doing anything else.
